3. Q: How long will the delivery take?

Your order will be processed and will be delivered as per shipment times displayed at the time of placing your order (prior to the processing of payment) for shipments outside SL.

5. Q: How soon will my order be dispatched?

As soon as you place your order with us, preparations are made to meet all  safety and quality standards and dispatched and delivered as indicated in (3) above

6. Q: Is the shipping charge included in the pricing?

The prices offered online are exclusive of shipping charges. Local duty/taxes imposed by the customs office will be borne by the customer.

8. Q: I need to change the delivery address

Orders can be shipped to a different address other than your billing address at the time of order. However if you wish to change the shipping address after placing the order, please email us at customerhelp@teatang.com before 2 days after the order placement and kindly note there would be additional cost to be incurred due to location change of address  .if the order has already been shipped, additional charges involved will not be borne by us.

10. Q: My payment is not going through

Payments may fail due to many reasons:
• Time Out / Page Expired – email us at customerhelp@teatang.com
• Insufficient Funds – Please speak to your bank
• Corporate Credit Cards – Only personal credit cards are accepted

When making an online payment at Tea Tang, kindly note and verify the following details.

• Expiry Date of the card
• CVV code of the card
Note: Make sure you enter the received One Time PIN (OTP) before it expires.

11. Q: I have only received a part of my order

We dispatch your complete order under a single airway bill.

12. Q: My order has been damaged

If you receive any items that are damaged please email us at customerhelp@teatang.com with a few pictures of the damage within 14 days of delivery, so that we could request the courier for compensation.

14. Q: Do I need to pre-pay for my product when I order it?

Prepayment is 100% safe and easy. Cash on Delivery option is currently not available.

15. Q: Why should I buy online?

A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.
